"They were supposed to grind stump more, take out hump remove chips, add dirt and seed. Hump is still there, stump chips still there and not enough dirt to patch what they did clean out. Not happy at all. I have removed some of the dirt they put in and am having to rake up chips "

Paul was very knowledgeable, kind, gave good input and made us feel comfortable about trusting his company. Dave and his partner who came to do the job were efficient, provided honest conversation about what could be done now, what to let grow, etc. Dave also asked for our input and wanted to know our preferences before starting the job as well as at mid-points in the job. Communication was great. The quote was accurate and exactly what we paid. The team cleaned up meticulously after trimming and removed every branch and loose leaf in the yard and flower beds. Paul followed up with us within an hour of his team leaving. Would recommend and have them back for future services."

He communicated any changes in scheduling and upon completion immediately ask that we look at the work and make sure it was completed as agreed. When there was a set of stumps missed due to a miscommunication, he immediately sent a team out to get them removed. Contractors today are not always focused on customer satisfaction or on integrity - Cody was. All work was completed as planned and on schedule."

Barker Tree Service did an excellent job of trimming the trees and put a commercially made tree system on the leaning branch that doesn’t damage or drill the tree but stops the leaning. Ralph and his company is truly a professional company that does extraordinary work with extensive knowledge and care for the trees.
