"We recently had a toilet leak in an upstairs bathroom which caused damage to the ceiling and beautiful wood flooring in the dining room and kitchen areas below in our rental house. I knew immediately who to reach out to because Tommy, the owner of Pure Restoration, and I have worked together before. I knew his work ethics and I knew as stressful as the situation was (we had impatient and demanding tenants living in the house at the time), Tommy would shoulder the majority of the work, including dealing directly with the insurance company. Tommy walked me through the entire process so I knew what to expect. Dealing with the insurance company was a nightmare, especially getting them to agree to an amount that would cover the damages adequately. Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and skillful in navigating this process and protecting my interests. Tommy jumped through all the hoops the insurance company threw at him and backed up all his claims with professional references and his years of knowledge working in this field. At times I felt like giving up because the process was so long and tedious; however, with Tommy’s help and support, we finally got the coverage that we needed to make appropriate repairs and return the property to its previously beautiful condition. I am convinced I couldn’t have done any of this without Tommy. He is an amazing contractor, a man of his words, and now a trusted friend that I would not hesitate to work with again or recommend to others."

"Aaron and his co-worker arrived at the specified time, both very polite and got right to work. I was told attic work would take about 2 hours, and was spot on. The outside work about 3+hours, again the correct estimate. All work on the original itemized proposal was done, and was shown one of the difficult repair and explained, the only reason I noticed this repair is that I did not have touch-up paint, which they offered to do had I had some, my loss. Total experience was outstanding and they said they would follow-up in a year with my automatic 2year warranty. The office followed up to ask if all work done and if satisfied with the service. I will be calling them again for work on a rental I own."

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"We suffered a major leak last year, causing an immediate need to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed 4 general contractors prior to making our selection, asking nearly every question we could think of to ensure we made the right choice. From the very first meeting, we knew I DO Remodeling was the right fit for us. Whereas each of the other 4 candidates gave various (sometimes opposing) solutions for the soffit in our kitchen, Ido was the first to get his hands dirty to find out what was feasible and cost-effective.
