"If there was a mark higher than an A I would gladly give it. These guys are amazing! We considered the options and decided to drywall to the peak of the garage rather than drop the ceiling so we could put storage in the rafters. The beams, joists and other framing are exposed in the top of the garage, which required drywalling around them, supplementing the framing in some places and rebuilding some existing drywall in place against the house. Normally they don't insulate but they agreed to and did an outstanding job, even adding more insulation in a small crawl space upon request. They fit the drywall tightly around all of the beams and joists at the ceiling, left square and crisp hatch openings into a crawl space and vent opening and taped and mudded making it easy to paint the space ourselves. To top it all off, their estimate was more than 30% lower than the other bids we received for the same work. While they were here I had them repair a hole inside made by the electricians in error and a place where someone had damaged an interior wall. They patched, mudded and textured the holes in about an hour and their texture job on the ceiling and wall are PERFECT matches. This is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. I knew we made the right choice when Steve, who did the estimate, showed up on the job the first day and introduced me to each member of the crew. I'd hire this company again anytime."

"We hired 614 Drywall for a rather large drywall project as part of our whole house remodel. We had ~2500 sq ft of walls & ceilings skim-coated to remove the existing texture, some new drywall hung, some corner bead and J-bead installed, and a few patches performed. First of all, I must say that the customer service was fantastic. Emilio was very communicative, polite, respectful, and empathetic. Most importantly, he was quick to address the issues that cropped up and put me at ease. He very much wanted me to be completely satisfied with the work, and there was quite a bit of work to be done. I will also share that I can sometimes be a difficult person to please. Not once did Emilio or his crew act unprofessionally or complain. For these reasons, I give them 5 stars for customer service and for 5 stars for value. So although I am not giving 5 stars across the board, please understand that I'm a perfectionist and sometimes too critical! With respect to the work quality, I give 4 stars as there were a few minor issues worth noting. This rating is partly because it was up to me to find the issues in quality and point them out for repair, which is time consuming and kept me from working on other jobs. Ideally it would be the project manager that would do that rather than the customer. There were a few tape joints that needed to be redone multiple times as the cracks kept re-appearing. It wasn't until some reinforcement and hot mud were used that the cracks stopped. There were also some areas where the skim coat was not applied or not applied thick enough to cover the old texture completely. But thankfully not in a highly visible area. We requested a 'Level 5' finish on our walls and ceilings to go for a modern look, which turned out to be very hard and time consuming to achieve in a 1960's home with existing drywall and texture. While smooth, the surfaces are not technically of 'Level 5' quality if you inspect closely with a light. In reality, my expectations should've probably been adjusted by the project manager upfront now knowing after the fact that a 'Level 5' finish is hard/impossible to do in an old home with existing drywall. Regardless, in the end I am very happy with the result and would definitely look to hire this company again in the future. If you are on the fence, know that you won't regret hiring this company!"

Before he took one step into our house he started rolling and taping paper down on the hardwood floors. Carpets, walls and windows were all protected from the texturing spray. He closed up 4 receptical boxes in the drywall and re-textured. Eduardo was timely at 7am (his request), takes pride in his work and cleaned up when he was done; even vacuumed the floors and carpets!"

Russel and I exchanged text and photos, and he came to the house to confirm his understanding of the scope of the work. I was on their schedule a week later, and the drywaller arrived a few minutes early. He installed furniture and carpet protection from the job site all the way to the door to ensure that he kept the hours clean. His demolition was fast and he let me inspect the are in the cavity before install the patch so I could quickly check for other plumbing issues. His patch work and texturing were also quick and tidy, and the match to the surrounding/untouched ceiling looks pretty good. Over all, I am very happy with PatchMaster and will use them again for drywall needs. Their price was fair as compared to several other quotes I received. I felt that Russel demonstrated the most comprehensive understanding of the work and what needed."
