We have over 30 years experience in home improvement and new construction. We are based out of Blue Springs and have several in house crews along with contracted partners that we have long established relationships with.

Cox & Company is a general contracting company and we work for residential, multi-family & commercial companies. In business for over 20 years, we are a family owned operation with Susan Cox running the office/customer service and Mark Cox bidding jobs and performing most of the work. Occasionally we use subcontractors who we have done business with for over 10 years minimum. We are licensed & insured for your protection. We have a $35. per hour charge for handyman and plumbing services with a 3 hour minimum charge. We prefer to bid painting, carpentry, room additions and remodeling work. We are also knowledgeable about buying distressed & foreclosed real estate, fixing up and then selling the properties. We flipped houses for over 9 years and do offer consulting in this area. We are dependable, trustworthy, reasonably priced, professional and respect our customers. We have many repeat, long time clients and can offer them as our reference. We offer a 15% senior (over 65 years) discount. We offer a $25.00 referral fee for customers you recommend that result in a paying job. Try us, we know you'll like us!
