Although I had some irrigation system issues once the lawn was reseeded, Jose stuck with the project throughout the summer. He carefully cut the grass and did all of the other necessary services that made my lawn look respectable. Our most recent job hit a snag when the fencing that D&D had included in the estimate was unavailable because of damage from late-winter snowstorms. No problem: the workers built a fence for us instead. The change in plans probably added two days to the planned schedule, but there were no complaints, no griping about additional cost and no changes to the final price.
