On Juan’s initial visit, we discussed at length what I wanted to have done and the various areas of concern. He explained how he would address those areas, putting me at ease about his deep knowledge and experience, and the level of detail and precision he uses in his approach to his work. Juan also did a very good job at managing my expectations. He provided me with a cost estimate and let me know the cost range for certain areas due to unknowns. He showed me his proposal template so I knew what to expect when I received it. He even volunteered a copy of his insurance policy so I knew I didn’t have to be concerned with potential liability issues in case of an accident or injury. Finally, as promised, his team showed up everyday until the job was completed. I could not be happier with the result – it is just a beautiful job! So beautiful in fact that I also asked Juan to do my kitchen. I highly recommend him."

"We contacted Preemo Painting in early fall of 2020. We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside our home, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. The work they did was fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results. Every area was repaired, including newly discovered problems we did not know about in the fall. From the prompt and very reasonable estimate, to the on-time start and completion dates, Ken was professional and detail minded.
