"After a storm damaged our roof, Pro Roofing helped us to fight our insurance company for over a year. Other companies weren't willing to get involved, but Pro Roofing has people who specialize in this sort of thing. They knew how to deal with the insurance company to get them to approve funds towards the repair and then to fight their original estimate to get us more. If you have roof work that involves dealing with an insurance company, these are the folks to use. The new roof they installed looks great. It makes the house look significantly better and well maintained. Could not recommend more."

Once he arrived, I escorted him into the house and we discussed the repairs. I then left for work. I came home and was extremely happy with the results. "I ended up having to get their work remediated. The quality of the work itself (beyond the basic) was amateur. It was quite visible and they came back out two or three times to match the pattern on the ceiling and they just couldn't do it. We made an appointment for another Saturday and they just didn't show up. It seemed like I was put on his schedule as opposed to him being on my schedule. I sent them a text telling them not to come back out and that I would pay them for the work that they did do less the cost of how much it would take to fix the work. I ended the relationship. It just didn't go well at at all."

"We had a plumbing leak and we discovered this because the drywall was becoming discolored. We got the plumbing repaired, but we needed to repair the hole that was cut in the drywall. They did a really good job. There were some extra costs for the materials. He put the patch on and the seaming around the patch is really nice. The ceiling has a texture to it but he wasn’t able to do the texture. It’s still very nice."
