He told us to call any time we had problems or questions. This visit was probably unnecessary but he didn't treat it that way and seemed genuinely interested in our situation. "They have done an okay job.  They are not as good as they could be.  They missed the weed that hid the grass, but other that, they did a pretty good job.  They fertilized it before the rains which I appreciate, but it would have been nice if they would have swept the side walk and the driveway because it holds on to the cement.  I would rate them fair.  My son is okay with them, but I am not."
