He explained pros and cons of various options and accommodated my request to use a specific brand of paint/stain that I had a lot of success with in the past. "The exterior of our house was in terrible shape because the last people who stained it did such a bad job. Bee Painting spent a ton of time in the "prep" phase: power washing, sanding, patching, etc. (they even picked up all the paint chips). They replaced some rotting wood and even removed old/unused intercom panels and patched-in new cedar where they had been. Two coats of primer and one coat of stain and the house looks amazing! Bee Painting did a great job and we will use them again for sure."
