"Carlos and crew have prepped and painted our rental homes, as well as our own home, for years. This includes inside and outside and includes the windy corrosive salt spray conditions of the Pacific Coast down to the difficult multi-story stairwell caulking and painting jobs. Every job has been performed expertly the first time on time and as bid. No call backs. No painting around switch, outlet or light fixture plates. Everything done properly old school. His crews are easy to work with and leave the jobsite perfectly clean. What else could you hope for from a real-estate owner’s point of view."

"Our experience with Paul at Sunshine Painting Crew was exceptional from the beginning. He was friendly throughout the week he worked on painting our two story home. We went with Sunshine Painting Crew because of the cost, but our house looks so much better. He replaced rotting trim around many of the windows, caulked the entire house and painted the body, trim, gutters, and shutters. I'd highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a painter, interior or exterior. Friendly and he worked very hard. His communication with us was appreciated as well. Our quote gave us many options for upgrades, and he wasn't pushy about any of it. He was able to work us into his timeline earlier than he thought which was great, and when we had last minute adjustments or requests he was happy to oblige."

"PZ Painting & Contracting, LLC we can not thank you enough for painting the exterior of my motherâ s home located on Oatfield Rd. You came out and placed bid in an extremely timely manner. Started our request a few days later. The work ethic you and your team exude is just not seen in todays society. The attention to detail was beyond belief and you were all very polite and never left a mess at the end of the day. I highly recommend PZ Painting and Contracting, LLC (503)332-4596. They will not disappoint. We will definitely be contacting PZ for our next project."

"So happy we chose D&N Colors Painting, LLC when we decided to have our house painted. They pressure washed the house, our ramp, and the carport. We had them stain our ramp, too. Everything is just beautiful. And to top things off the price was very reasonable. We would recommend this company to all our friends and family."

"We requested quotes from four contractors to paint our single-level 1,300 square foot house and 8'x12' shed. Not only was Ric the only one to respond, but he emailed us less than an hour after we requested quotes and came over that same day...and it was on a Sunday. Talk about a great first impression! He sent his quote the very next day, and it was about what we expected to pay. We are very happy with the work that Ric and his crew did. Ric is very personable and professional. He listened to what we had to say, and made some recommendations such as caulking the siding where necessary, which we agreed to have him do. His crew came over a couple of days before they were scheduled to start work to pressure-wash our house and shed. The actual painting took only two days, and there is absolutely no overspray or paint drips on the concrete or on our deck. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks brand new. We've already referred them to two friends who are thinking about having their houses painted next year."

"

Our 70-year old home was looking quite sad with paint peeling on every side, rotten boards, and a general sense of neglect. We were unsure of what could be done to get it back into shape.

Of all the paint contractors we contacted (5 in total), Tyler from Shades of Rose put us most at ease. His bid was very competitive for the amount of work and he was honest, straight-forward, and patient with whatever questions we had. His crew arrived on time every day, were courteous and professional, and cleaned up thoroughly every day. They even removed and reinstalled our crazy storm windows without a complaint - which was a herculean task (Tyler said afterwards that they were the most difficult the team ever had to deal with).

At the end of the last day when we had our final walk around, I was amazed at the transformation of our house. I think Shades of Rose did a tremendous job and I am thankful that we invested in them. Also outstanding was Tyler's reassurance that they would come out to fix up anything that bugged us over the next few weeks. We also have a 3-year warranty and the crew will come out if there are any issues over that time frame.

I would definitely recommend Shades of Rose and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

"Overall 5 star experience! When I met Scott, I could tell that he was a bit of a perfectionist and also an artist when it comes to siding, which is definitely what we want for any exterior home project. He pointed out issues that other siding companies did not, yet this did not seem to impact the quote. He just wants to do things the right way, and for the end result to have an accent here and there that won't impact the total cost. From our first meeting, I could tell that our home would be in good hands, so we hired him. The project itself was very well done, and completely affordable. Scottâ s crew was professional, tidy, efficient, and to be honest, such a joy to have around. They noticed a flashing issue that was there before we moved here, and took a whole wall down that they had just sided, to fix the issue and then reside that wall. There were no shortcuts taken. It looks like our house is brand new. Thatâ s really saying a lot given that our home is more than 100 years old. Definitely give Scott a call first when youâ re gathering quotes because he will not disappoint."

"He was so pleasant to work with and did an excellent job of painting the exterior and trim. Was very neat and cleaned up well afterwards. Was always here when he said he would be. I would recommend them to anyone for any services they provide. SO PLEASED!!"
