After he didn’t show up during that timeframe, I gave him a call. He then told me he got tied up with work and it wasn’t worth his time to come out for an estimate on such a small job. I explained that he could’ve told me it wasn’t worth his time upfront rather than scheduling an appointment and never showing up and having me waste a morning. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Carlos."

As far as payment we request 1/3 at bigining of project, 1/3 when we show progess and final when we do walk throught. Payment can also be arrange depending on the magnitud of the project.
