"It's been three years since Pegasus completed our project and there's hardly a day that goes by that I don't say out loud, "I can't believe how well this turned out". I had originally written this six months after completion and somehow it didn't submit. We hired Pegasus to do the design of the space and they had some excellent ideas. We finalized the plans in August of 2015, and scheduled to start work in May of 2016 due to not wanting to be under construction during cold weather. From day one Mike the project manager was on top of everything. We had daily email updates and the project website was kept up to date. We always knew who would be coming and when. We didn't wonder when someone was going to show up, nor did days go by where someone wasn't working on the house with no explanation.
