"MY NEW HERO! My snow removal service literally had left me stranded. This had happened several times this winter, and the most recent one was really bad, leaving me iced in for over a week. My driveway hadn't been plowed when the snow, freezing rain, and 'wintry mix' turned into several inches of slush, and froze.
