"Brandon is a very conscientious painter. His work on walls and baseboards is fantastic. In one of our rooms, we had decals that had been stuck to the walls and ceiling (child's room) as well as normal wear and tear from 10 years of use. Brandon prepared the walls, filling holes, and sanding where necessary before painting. By the time he was done, the room looked brand new. In other rooms, he identified popped nails screwing them back in and patching before proceeding."

"I have hired JP Cortes Painting off and on for 4 years for my home projects (painting a large deck, a concreate front porch, power washing projects). I never had them do any inside painting project, but would not hesitate to have them do it when/if needed. "Mr. Diaz was quick to respond and give us a (Quite reasonable) quote. He was also able to start work within a week or so which was not a requirement but it was a bonus. We have a split level that is 2/3 brick so we needed the second story, all the eves, and trim scraped and painted. We had already purchased the paint so his price to us was strictly for labor. He did an amazing job on our old house. It had last been painted 17 years ago. He pressure washed, scraped, sanded, and caulked before painting. He arrived early and worked hard all day in the heat. He did such a great job that we hired him again to paint our wood shed to match. He cleaned up his mess and left the area clean and neat. We are very pleased and highly recommend him."

"We feel very fortunate to have found Cliff to take our newly purchased home to the next level by completing the bonus room makeover of our dreams! We contacted three other businesses for estimates but chose to hire Cliff for the job because of his knowledge, experience, and fine attention to detail. We connected immediately and he brought many ideas to us that we hadnâ t thought of before. We now have an incredible modern rec/tv room with beautiful new hardwoods that match the adjoining ones perfectly. On one side he installed a gorgeous kitchenette with a 5 foot tall ornate tile backsplash and quartz countertops, complete with two gorgeous 11 foot long wooden floating shelves that he built from scratch. On the other side of the room, he installed a 16 foot wall of horizontal shiplap (no seams!) and mounted our tv over the full wall of cabinets he installed with another quartz countertop. Cliff and his crews nailed every element of this large project that included plumbing, flooring, electrical, and painting. Cliff has gone out of his way to meet me at stores to select stains or help me find the perfect cabinet hardware. I am very particular and he is extremely patient to ensure we get exactly what we want while taking care of our property. He will definitely be our top choice for any other home renovations in the future!"
