"Manny and his workmen did a great job! My deck was in bad disrepair and the stairs were breaking and paint was all chipping until Manny and his team of professional construction crews fixed everything. They prepped power washed, sanded old paint and stained and resealed my deck and stairs… they look brand new! They took extra care to clean up after they were done. It was done a couple days and the price was very fair too! I will use them again for sure. My Next project I will call Manny at LI painting plus! I’m a Very satisfied customer!"

"We decided to have the outside of our house painted and contacted Scott. He came over for the estimate took a long walk around the house (great attention to detail) and went over our options. He was very courteous and professional and spent some time discussing the job and answering all of my questions. Besides the painting there was some window trim and several shakes in need of repair. There were also some sections of the house that were dirty/mossy so we also had the house and gutters power washed. Scott showed up early with two crew members and got to work. By the end of the first day they had power washed from top to bottom and started painting the trim. The job took 3 days total. Scott told us he would probably have to replace 50 shakes, he ended up replacing close to 70. He also re built the trim around one up stairs window that was rotted. Scott was also able to remove many years of paint off of the brick area around the front door which made it look like new. His crew was also great they took every precaution when painting over the driveway and over cement and patio areas. All and all we are still very happy with the job 6 months later. The color is still just as crisp and vibrant as the day they finished."

"Domenick is a professional craftsman. He kept to a tight schedule, always showed up on time and did a great job. He gave us creative ideas that would work in our space. Domenick and his team were pleasant to work with. From the moment they entered our home they worked a full day and showed up everyday. Domenick enjoys and takes pride in his work. We are extremely pleased with the final result. Our basement bathroom was transformed into an oasis with a spa feel. The main area in the basement and hallway leading to the basement was also transformed into a warm, welcoming living space. The work he performed in 3 weeks was: Build a new shower/tile with a design/create a shower bench/install shower panel/tile behind the vanity with the design trim/install the vanity/move plumbing, gas and electrical for the shower and vanity with light fixture/tile the floor/install a stackable washer and dryer/build out a wall to divide the storage area and heat unit/install a sliding barn door/paint the bathroom, main room and hallway up to the kitchen door/ installed 3 windows, an air conditioner and installed recessed lighting in the bathroom/installed interlocking vinyl flooring in the storage area, main room and stairs (repaired two broken stairs and lots of extras, e.g. installed a lighting fixture in the hallway by the stair landing, a make up/shaving mirror in the bathroom, installed window treatments and assembled a 70 inch TV storage cabinet). We have booked him for future projects. We highly recommend Domenick and his team."
