Juan also did a very good job at managing my expectations. He provided me with a cost estimate and let me know the cost range for certain areas due to unknowns. He showed me his proposal template so I knew what to expect when I received it. He even volunteered a copy of his insurance policy so I knew I didn’t have to be concerned with potential liability issues in case of an accident or injury. Finally, as promised, his team showed up everyday until the job was completed. I could not be happier with the result – it is just a beautiful job! So beautiful in fact that I also asked Juan to do my kitchen. I highly recommend him."
