He explained pros and cons of various options and accommodated my request to use a specific brand of paint/stain that I had a lot of success with in the past. When I agreed to hire him, he only required a modest deposit. The job was scheduled within a few weeks and I was very pleased with the results. "I had Dann come out and give me an estimate, along with another painter who was recommended to me. Dann was professional, friendly, and his estimate was significantly less than the other guy so my decision was simple. Dann not only did a fantastic job of painting my home, but he was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I had just moved into my new home and was doing a lot of remodeling. Part of his job was painting new doors that I had ordered and the doors arrived several days late. He had to adjust his order of completing things and did it without complaint. I also had to put his job temporarily on hold mid-way through completion for a couple weeks because my one-year-old had to have surgery. I'm sure that was a huge inconvenience for Dann but he was so understanding and agreed to come back when things settled down for us. I am a particular person and any time I pointed out something small for him to correct he agreed with me and fixed it without question. Dann never made me feel bad for any request or setback.
