"Contacted Upstate Landscape & Maintenanceafter hours on Monday in need of service, Tuesday morning I get a call saying they were about 20 minutes out and could stop by and take a look and give a quote. The quote was fair a d Stephen said he could knockbot out for us the same day. I agreed he mowed the lawn a d did a great job, sent me pics of the work as I was at my job, we sent the payment over. Great experience, I would ha e no issue recommending Upstate Landscape & Maintenanceto anyone!"

All roof cleanings are a soft wash process not to damage or void roof warranties. Each cleaning comes with a 2 year guarantee that stains will not reappear. Most cleanings last for 7-8 years. Cleaning is done for a fraction of the cost of reroofing. Payment is due upon completion. Credit cards are accepted but with an additional processing fee.

Joist is a great way for the patron to keep peace of mind as to their bill and progress in the job. I also take many forms of pay. This includes VISA MASTERCARD DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. Right on spot paperless billing and I barter as well.
