They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

After my first call, Robert came out the next day, looked at our project, gave some advice, quoted a price, set up a date to install the sod (500 sq. ft.) When they arrived they cleared the existing roots and leveled the area and made prep for the installation of sod. On the day of installation they were here at 8:30AM and installed the sod, they went above and beyond, by doing more than what we had discussed. I had two areas that I mentioned I would take care of but they went ahead and did those for me. I will use them again if needed and highly reccomend them if you have a landscape project. Gary"

Our service is prompt and professional. We cover the entire Atlanta Metro Area. We offer routine maintenance, backups/emergencies as well as full system repairs and installation. Financing is available.
"Well, the markings for all utilities were taken, but these guys still decided to bring a bobcat, without hesitation as to what could be in the ground, tore up my sprinklers. Common sense, a shovel should have been used for the first few minutes to determine if any wires, pipes (which isn't ideal location) was next to the tank. I was in a meeting, if only the meeting wasn't taken place, i would have stopped them from using a bobcat to rip into the ground without first carefully checking what's near. There are two pvc pipes sticking out of the ground with no purpose, maybe other than to warn something is near the tank. First these guys thought it was my main water line, with all the water pouring out! Thank goodness it wasn't. Then one of the guys explained my septic tank was between my ranch fence and wanted to get his sledgehammer to break the fence. Mind you, I took the fence down or gate in 25 minutes. End, cost me $2500 for the risers, and will cost Me another $1000 for the sprinklers! To management, ry and get your guys to care a bit more about your potential customers property! I'm not sure why all the positive ratings on Google, but I can't help wondering if there's something ? about my house hold that is different!"
