"I've had some bad experience with contractors in the past, but Lee'o and his guys were great to work with for my bedroom-to- office remodel. Lee'o kept me informed every step of the way. My project wasn't easy. I needed the old guest room door replaced with an arch, built in desk and cabinets, new flooring and new paint. In the end, it looked better than i had hoped. Lee'o stayed reasonably near my budget (although the increase in supplies was not fun, thanks covid!) and they finished just a few weeks after the proposed timeline (we had trouble getting the flooring i wanted). Overall, I love my new office. I'd recommend Lee'o and his team."

"These guys did a great job!  I got 4 bids and they were tied for the lowest.  So I was a little nervous, but was totally pleased.  They were professional, careful, and easy to work with.  It took almost 2 weeks, but considering all the prep work and wood replacement, it was totally necessary.  The finished job looks great!  They cleaned up and put everything back in place.  They stuck to their original price, except for a small charge for some wood rot underneath the siding that they could not have seen, and a few other items I asked them to add.  The additional costs were very reasonable.  They also helped us with colors, first bringing out a color palette, then painting some sample areas so we could see what it looked like on the house.  No complaints whatsoever."

"Excellent work!  I would not call it "handyman" effort - Mr. Samuel performed total "construction" work to my kitchen.  It doesn't look the same. <br /> <br /> 1.  I had one main light in the kitchen.  He RAISED the ceiling, added 12 recessed lights and two ELECTRICAL outlets that control <br /> all lights - rows - in 3 different options. <br /> <br /> 2.  Installed an island for cooking prep, with adequate storage spaces, and electrical units on each end of the island!!  <br /> <br /> 3.  Installed floor tiling and refinished cabinets and doors. <br /> <br /> 4.  Kitchen sink, disposal, and  faucets installed. <br /> <br /> DON'T >> I tried to get him to take a break and he stay persistent and diligent to accomplish the tasks at hand.  He was definitely <br /> underBID and I didn't mind paying him more...  So ecstatic of the results and have made several referrals to see other clients! <br /> <br /> 5.  He was so professional, mannerable and clean.  Never had to go behind him to tidy up."

"We were putting our house on the market after having renters for a few years and needed it to be show ready. We found this contractor here on Angie's list and he had great reviews.  Mr. Quiocho came out and we told him what we thought was a necessity and asked him to take a look and see if he had any suggestions as well.  He didn't try and get us to completely redo the entire house.  He gave us a list of what things (small or big) that he noticed had been damaged or worn from our tenants and what he recommended to get the house ready for sale.  He was extremely fair in his suggestions and even when we said some things that we wanted to do were out of our budget, he looked around for different materials that would help lower our costs.  He finished up the work fairly quickly especially since this was all during the holiday season and even directed us to a real estate agent. After we put our house on the market and received/accepted an offer, our inspection required us to do a few more things. So we called him back out and in a matter of days he had the list completed that we needed for our inspection. If I lived in the area I would be telling every neighbor i had to hire him.  I am very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him if you are needing anything done around the house."
