"Sadly been a nightmare. Saying on the way 10 minutes away and never showed and wouldn't answer the phone or texts. More than a dozen times. Work still isn't done. Told the sub contractors he hired ( promised he would be here the entire time. Seen him 2 times at the most in 3 months) that I was paying them directly. News to me. Ghosted another contractor when he asked to be paid. If I wasn't living this disaster I wouldn't believe that is actually going on. Communication 0 out of ten. Reliability 0 out of ten. Trust factor 0 out of 10. I have lost count of how many times he has said he will call me back and didn't and how many times he is on the way over but never showed up. Electric safety hazard in a shower but still no response. "
