Someone from Champion showed up at our door for a free estimate with hours of my leaving a message on their machine. He clearly has a wide range of knowledge and I appreciated the care he took to explain it. He then took his time marking all of the areas that contained poison ivy, and when they came back to spray the plants it was very hands off on my part. They were in contact about when they were coming and when they were on the premises, and also were clear that no action was needed on my part. They walked around the yard with me, explaining what they would be doing, and answered all questions. They pruned many branches from 3 large trees that are very near our house. They climbed the trees, as well as using the cherry picker. They took down one large storm-damaged maple with branches over our chimney. And also took down another tree that was forked, and rotten. They cut up a lot of the wood for firewood and chipped the rest. The cleanup afterwards was immaculate. They were extremely personable and professional. I was very impressed. I have hired other tree service people in the past, but I highly recommend Northern Tree Service, and I will definitely call them again. <br />"
