"DISHONEST, ZERO CREDIBILITY, LIKES TO TAKE ADVATANGE OF ELDERS On May 2, 2025, the contractor provided a quote of $3,000 for removing fallen trees and stumps. He showed up for one day of work, during which his machine broke down, and he completed only about 25% of the removal job(have not started on stump grinding yet). He then pressured my elderly parents, who are both in their eighties and suffer from Alzheimer?s, into paying him $2,000. They are not in a condition to handle high-pressure situations, and I was not present at the time. Given that $2,000 significantly exceeded the value of the work completed, the contractor happily chose not to return and instead began making a series of excuses. At one point, he offered to refund $1,000, but when I tried to collect the refund, he changed his story again saying he will come back to finish but stopped responding to me. It appears he does not keep his words, lie consistently, and is willing to take advantage of vulnerable people whene"

"Most definitely the best contractor experience I have had ! My wife and I met this team at the Worcester Home Show and were immediately impressed with the display. They literally had the exhibit built of stone. What a job that must have been to get that set up and then taken down. We discussed what we were looking for and were provided lots of good information to chew on. We got a few quotes for the job and I will be honest, Leone was not the cheapest . I had 2 other quotes that were cheaper but here is what Leone WAS..easy to deal with. Kevin came out and spent a half hour taking measurements and speaking with me about the project and answered all of my questions. Now lets add Covid into this..Kevin kept in good contact with me the entire time up until the Monday he started the job. His crew arrived Monday and on time and dove right in, even moving something for my neighbor. Throughout the week his crew arrived on time and put in full days to say the least. Left the job LATE on Friday and except for a dirt smudge in my driveway and some reseeded grass, you would never know they were here. I had one item that needed attention after a couple of weeks and when I texted Kevin, he advised me he would take care of it, and did right away. Cant say enough good as its hard to find "good" people that aren't just looking for the quick check and move on..he met me at the suppliers before the project to pick out the materials I liked and kept me informed all along the way.Came in right on point with the original quote he gave me. Like I said, BEST experience I have had. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using again. I hope he continues that approach at the shows as that was one of the reasons I choose to work with him. You put that much work in there, imagine what the job will look like. "Roberto’s did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them. They were responsive and even came by on the same day to review the project. Jose was attentive to our wishes and made some insightful suggestions that we absolutely agreed with. His team came the very next day to remove the grass that had died during our exterior remodel. They thoroughly prepared the yard and took care not to disturb our existing plants. They approached the work thoughtfully and carefully. They then came back and did a masterful job of installing sod, cobblestone edging, and gravel installation into our planter beds. The yard looks amazing and we were thrilled with their work.
