"Dreadful experience. We had been customers of Astacio since 2015 when they installed our first tankless boiler which failed completely after 7 years and needed to be replaced in late 2022. ($10,000+) Their second one just stopped working; a dodgy board? The part is under warranty but they want almost $1,000 to replace it in the boiler; probably less than 2 hours work. I thought they used to be a good local business with ties to the community but be careful; their tankless boilers are unreliable and they'll try to rip you off when your heat goes out in the winter. So much for standing by their work. I'll never use them again."

Bellerose Plumbing Heating and Cooling specialize in the servicing and maintaining of modern electronic boilers and have had one of our maintenance team operatives carry out extensive training over the last years on the new range of high efficiency condensing boilers. We offer two types of cover to our customers. The first being work carried out on a time and materials basis. This is where any maintenance work carried out would be broken down into parts used and the time involved in the diagnoses and carrying out the repair and then charged appropriately. The second is our maintenance plan is plumbing cover only but this can be increased to include your full heating system and plumbing/gas fires if you desire. We organize the installation from start to finish.
