"Total nightmare! We made an International move and it took them 13 hours to finish. Our condo was 90% pre packed before they arrived. Every shoe was boxed, clothing was on hangers to go into wardrobe boxes, folded clothing was packed in totes. No appliances, sofas were wrapped and delivered from the upholster on the day of our move, beds were dismantled. We were promised the shipping container would be loaded and sealed at our door and parking arrangements were made in advance. This did not happen, our belongings were loaded in their trucks and taken to their facility where the empty shipping container sat. They were the last people to handle our belongings until the sealed container arrived at our front door in Europe. The container was not opened in customs, just scanned. The company here upon delivery did not unpack our boxes, we did. Much to our dismay we discovered that personal information and valuables were missing. The boxes we had pre packed and sealed were opened and resealed, the now gaps were filled with THEIR packing material. These were restricted items that we could not bring aboard our flight. Now we are without valuable family heirlooms and our personal information is God only knows where. They have constantly ignored correspondence other than to say that the entire packing crew is no longer employed by them, and the customer service rep is also no longer employed there. We cannot even get billing information! We had to pay extra for being overweight yet the container when it arrived here was far from being full. Trying to track your identity is impossible from Europe as most sites are blocked and COVID 19 has made it impossible to travel. Until we can safely get back to the states we can only tell our story to make everyone aware of this business. For now, we will be filing a complaint with the BBB."

"I had an excellent experience with Orlando Ortiz of Home Solutions. He and his associate, David, were professional, courteous, and capable. Orlando worked with me to fit my job into their schedule with short notice and set a very reasonable fixed price. Despite the fact that it was very simple work compared to what they normally do, they took the job seriously and paid attention to detail. To top it off, they were nice guys. I have recommended them to my parents already."

"They were nasty, rude and unprofessional. The first dumpster they sent was rusted all the way around and had a huge hole in the bottom that we could barely put anything in. I called them for 4 days to come and rectify the problem. I was told to go and buy a board from home Depot for twenty bucks and put it in to cover the hole. So basically they wanted me to spend $20 to throw away a board that they should have not brought that Dumpster. The man on the phone Angelo was very nasty and finally showed up I'm put a plastic piece over the hole and told me that that dumpster should never have been delivered and left. I had not anticipated needing more than a 10-yard dumpster. so I called them to come and take the one that was failed and replace it with a new one. That took another three days of calling them begging them and getting no response. When they did finally bring the new dumpster it was a better one. We felt that dumpster and on Friday morning at 6 a.m. without any warning they came to pick it up. Everyone in my house was sleeping and the dispatcher probably Angelo again demanded to have us move the car so they could get the dumpster off our property. When my son-in-law refused to go up and wake me up he was cursed at. the dispatcher also told him that the driver was going to come into my house go up my stairs and wake me up to move the vehicles that were blocking the dumpster. Called the State Police explained that my family had been threatened. I was told to call them and make arrangements for them to pick up the dumpster. When I called the dispatcher was very nasty and rude so I told him he needed to speak to my attorney and hung up. And I proceeded to send an email detailing all the problems and arrange for a pickup of the dumpster through my attorney. And I got a nasty response back. The dispatcher also threatened to have the dumpster picked up and everything in it dumped on my driveway. This company is far from professional. Far from helpful. I would use any other carting company than this one."
