"This was the second time I worked with Shecki and Jose. The first was painting the house exterior and it's still holding up well 5 years later. The second time was a re-staining of the deck. Work was done beautifully. Paint was neat, no streaks, carpentry was done well and we're very pleased with the end result. Pricing was a little high this time around. "I was very happy with the job Precision performed. The project lead, Nelson, was fantastic. The house looks great! You know you hired the right company when there is a miscommunication but the company and Nelson corrected it. I had asked to have the fascia board and gutters painted as these are white aluminon and were greatly weathered. These were not painted and I was not present on the last day. I subsequently informed Precision and Nelson that these were not completed. Nelson and Precision responded and he came back a few days later and corrected the situation.
