"I had a really good one, Bob Cunningham of Home Pride. Home Pride here in Sacramento, he does specifically wool rugs and I have an oriental wool rug. He has cleaned it 3 times for me, he?s marvelous. It?s just wow!  <br /> <br /> I adore him, I think he is wonderful. Give him great big ?A?s?. He?s the nicest guy and does a fantastic job. My husband always gets coffee on that rug, I could lynch the man. Coffee on a white rug, my cats don?t even make that kind of a mess! <br /> <br /> He gets ?A?s? across the board. I love the man. He drives out to my house and he pick up the rug, takes it back for almost a week, airing it and cleaning it, and then he brings it back to you and he lays it done. You don?t get service like that anymore. I might take my rug back to him and have him clean it after I move. I am not sure I trust anybody else. "

He was very professional, on time and spent so much time and caring doing the carpets and windows to make sure they were perfect. He even re-streched a portion of our carpet we didn't even noticed needed to be fixed. "We had wallpaer and popcorn removed by another company last week.  They did a good job and covered everything, but it seemed like dust and popcorn pieces got into our carpet.  The air quality was bad. <br /> I called Scott's Upholstery & Carpet Care late in the afternoon of 6/10/14.  I explained what the problem was, and we scheduled an appointment for the following day at 4pm.  He made this appointment, even though it meant he would have to  reschedule a meeting..  He did this because it was a health issue.  After hanging up the phone with him, I spoke with my husband and we thought we could make the appointment for the next morning.  I called Scott back, and he scheduled us for 0800 on 6/11/14. <br /> He and his son arrived here on time.  They were very nice, professional, and did a great job.  He gave us a discount on the cleaning, I think partly because we are Angie's list members, but also, much of our furniture was already out of the rooms, so that made it a little easier. <br /> When we are finished with all the work we plan to do on the house, I will call Scott's Upholstery & Carpet Care, to clean our big recliner. <br /> We were very impressed and grateful that they came out so quickly, and did such a good job! <br />"
