"As much as we like to give a recommendations to our neighbors for people or services when we have a great experience, we also feel strongly about sharing a warning about people or services when we have a negative experience. We hired Randall and Grass on the Grow for landscaping and lawn maintenance. If anyone is considering hiring a lawncare or landscape company, we would just like to share that we would NOT recommend Randall and Grass on the Grow. Initially things were fine, but after questioning a plant he installed, he became extremely combative and refused to finish the scope of agreed upon work that we had already paid for. Trying to kindly reason with him became a nightmare, all of which we have documented in text messages. After our final message exchange with Randall, which became downright disturbing, we will never allow him on our property again. We would suggest avoiding any dealings with Randall Boughton and Grass on the Grow. "
