"They are always on time they leave the yard spot less and ,if I'm there, they sometimes do little extras for me, free of charge. I have been with them for about 10 yearse. and they have taken care of trimming my trees, planting new shrubs, changing my landscape when I wanted to, Hauling fallen trees from storms, fertilizing, killing things that have attacked my grass. You name it they have done it. They have always been reasonably priced

"

"I was out of the country while they were seeding my backyard and it so happened that there was an electrical problem with my irrigation system that caused it to lose power every day. So, Brian at God's Care came to my house every day to reset the irrigation system and make sure my new lawn stayed watered while I was I gone. These guys will definitely take care of you.
Our sodded front lawn looks amazing and our seeded back lawn is starting to fill in due to their careful fertilization and weed treatments.
God's Care is also really good about mentoring on the job and providing a positive work environment for some of the refugees in our community that are starting a new life here.
"

"Have used this company for several years. When they first began to treat our yard (Fand B), conditions of turf were terrible. I had used several other companies - we have lived at this address for more than 30 years - none were able to provide a reasonably attractive lawn. King employees are professional and knowledgeable. They also provide effective outdoor pest control. The owner is immediately responsive. A great company!!"

"It was a personal recommendation. They are consistent. I can count on them. We've had some problems with some of the plants they put in for us but to be honest they've been very good at covering that because they put the plants in and they were determining how they were gonna be watered and then they died, they stood behind that. It took a little work to get that done but they ended up replacing the plants and not charging us. It was quite a lot of money, it was about $3000. But they admitted they didn't do the watering right so that's why they did that for us. I would highly recommend them for that. Integrity is worth something. They're very good for us. Now we're looking at redoing our grass altogether and putting in a good one because we were not getting what we wanted and they agreed at what we possibly needed to do. They haven't done it yet and they still have to give us a quote but we'll still use them. I'd say their price was fair."

"I inherited TruGreen when they purchased a local lawn care service. MY quarterly lawn service rolled over to them and once a quarter I'd get a robocall saying my service was scheduled. On the appointed day a tech would turn up do something and leave. I'd pay the bill and the cycle repeated. I began to consider dropping them when I had to apply weed killer myself in February two years in a row to stop my lawn from being overtaken by weeds. I spoke to the tech twice who arrived on site and he assured me twice they would take steps to make sure I didn't have to do that again. But a lawn service is something that falls down my priority list until I need it; something I think having a recurring maintenance plan is supposed to keep from happening. The cycle would likely have continued had they not called with another recurring service.
I say they called but it was clearly a call service calling all current customers. I don't mind that and I did think the service was necessary so I signed up. One of the questions they asked was if I had an in ground sprinkler system. I said that I did and the customer service rep (CSR) said that I would receive a call a few days before to allow me to make the heads so the aerator wouldn't damage them. The CSR went on to say that the service would be about the 15th of October. On the 15th the doorbell rang and I opened it to find a TruGreen tech standing there asking if he could do the aeration. I told him that I was promised a call to allow me time to mark the heads and had not received one therefore I couldn't allow the aeration as I didn't have time to mark the heads at the moment. He said and I quote, "I understand. I've had a lot of people tell me that today."
Those words sent up a warning flag for me so I made of a point of telling him that as I have someone who mows the lawn regularly I can't just mark the heads and leave them. I need a couple of days notice before they arrive to aerate again. I added that failing to call me would result in cancellation of all services and termination of my relationship with TruGreen. He said he would pass it on and I saw him writing something in his truck before leaving so I assume he did as I ask. Two weeks passed without a word fro Trugreen and then doorbell rang and there was a different TruGreen tech saying he was there to aerate. The sprinklers were obviously still unmarked and I told him that he could not proceed. I told him to arrange a full refund of my prepayment for the service and to tell TruGreen to cancel all further services as I felt management could not be depended on to do as they promised. I would have gone to the local office but while they have a location on Treadaway I've been advised in past communications to contact the business office which is located in Midland, 180+ miles away.
A week later I had a call from TruGreen. I told the lady calling that I wanted nothing to do with her company and had cancelled all services. She said she had just called to find out how to refund the money. I told her to refund it to the credit card and make sure all of my services were cancelled. The next day I had a robocall from TruGreen saying they would arrive the following day for my quarterly service. As it was after 5pm I went to their website and told them that I had twice cancelled their services and if their technician turned up and treated the lawn I would not pay for it. That apparently did the trick and I haven't heard from them since.
TruGreen lost my business because their customer service is distant and they do not keep their word. That tells me they are unprofessional and think of their customers simply as numbers who feed them cash.
"
