We were confused when a van from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning arrived at the appointed time but was assured he was with Quality Carpet Cleaning. We were delightfully surprised when he was finished since the carpet was really clean except for a small yellow stain which he said was permanent with is much better than before. "Dear Martin, Thank you so much for taking great care and cleaning my favorite antique Persian rug. I treasure my antique Persian rug. It is several generation old. I was so scare to have it cleaned. It had smelled because of the new and old pee stains. Martin performed a miracle on my beautiful rug. He had it cleaned and dried within a few days. The smell is gone and my rug is cleaned. It is in perfect condition for an old hand made rug. Martin walked me through the process and uses Dead Sea water to clean the rug. It worked! I told Martin, I was going to wait to write this review and make sure the smell is gone and it looks clean. A month later, there is no smell of any kind. Nothing. That is perfect. "Clean Touch was responsive and flexible in scheduling an appointment in our new home and did a great job overall. They  came to our new (somewhat remote) house off of PCH while we were in the middle of a move/not even in the house, and cleaned/sanitized carpet in 3 of our rooms. They did a good job overall and was super flexible/responsive, which I came to really appreciate while busy in the middle of a crazy move. I feel much better having our toddler play around on the carpet on our new house - Would definitely recommend. <br />"
