The lighting on the tree is beautiful- we have received many compliments on it. Price is reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with. "

Installed sub panel, ran all the wires to lights/ ceiling fans/ switches/ added a few 3 ways switches for the kitchen and living room. Added outside lights for the the driveway. Installed the stove hood. All work was done to code and safety requirements. I was very happy with the end project result. I have even already started planning for a new project to add lights and a few outlets for a deck I plan on building. All that I was looking for was to place weed barrier down and add a border around where the rocks would be laid. Felipe came to the house to assess the work and returned renderings the same day. The different design options he provided were impressive, even including an upgrade to the mailboxes. His quote was reasonable. Throughout the process Felipe was so kind asking lots of questions to make sure he understood what we wanted. He even provided different rock samples to choose from. He started on a Monday and finished that same Wednesday. We asked that he also do a similar rock layout on the side of the house for an additional reasonable charge. That work was completed the next day. The family is ecstatic with the results. Comparing the rendering with the final outcome, you can’t tell the difference. Look no further; Felipe is your guy! "

"Overall the experience went well - I would contract Dan Finn again for structural work. With his engineering background, he has a firm grasp on what needs to be done for structural work, and his subcontractors did excellent work. He also guaranteed his work on our center patio, which few will do - those leaks are difficult to find and correct. He explains the work that needs to be done and why. My only real complaint about Dan is the with his time management. I understand that weather and unexpected delays for other jobs - or mine -  make it difficult to give precise schedules. But I would rather be told that something could take up to three weeks and have it happen sooner than be told one week and have it be later. Overall, I would use Dan again for structural work on my home. <br />"
