"Leon (MDT) was very responsive in providing a fair estimate and showing up to perform the requested work as stated. He did a great job on all of the exterior painting and stucco patching. I would use him again and recommend MDT for any painting job you may have."

"Harald Christiansen is a painter who lives in Rio Rancho, NM. Recently Harold painted the interior of my house. I can't say enough good things about the job he did. Harold took a great deal of care in his work and was very thorough in all aspects of the job. Before starting painting, he was also very open to my ideas, and or suggestions. Throughout the job, he communicated anything that needed to be changed or addressed along the way so there were no surprises. Also, I felt him to be very honest in all his dealings with me. I felt very fortunate to have had such a positive experience in getting my house painted."

"Joseph and his team painted my iron gates that were rusting, repaired a brick wall and removed hard water stains building up from my sprinkler system. I also have him on the schedule to restain some doors and cabinet inside my house as well as outside stucco repair. They are all very nice, punctual, hard workers, and efficient. I highly recommend this company!"

"Needed 2 story stairwell repainted and exterior stucco wall repairs. Timing of Michael's estimate and then DeWayne's work completion were quick and excellent. DeWayne handled everything from matching paint, prep work, painting and texturizing, cleanup. Extremely happy with the quality of work done."

"Chad came out and did an estimate and we agreed on scope of work and price. Chad and his team arrived when they said they would and stayed each day till the end of the day. They were meticulous and professional. Cleaned up each day, moved furniture as needed, removed drapes and put them back. I never once worried about my house while they were there. I had a lot of trouble making a color choice and Chad came back to my house twice with samples so I could be confident in my choice and never complained or gave me a hard time about making a choice. I even called him back before we sold our house to come back and do the closets and he worked me in to his schedule so it would be done before we had showings. My recommendation - have them do the closets in the first place! You will be so glad you chose Chad and his team for any painting needs. The man really knows his paint! I even called him when we relocated out of state for a recommendation on repainting our new interior and he answered and helped me make the choice and it is gorgeous. Chad is fast and efficient, personable, and beyond capable."

"A+ painting was professional and did an excellent job on my homes exterior trim. The estimate seemed a little high, but after they finished i was extremely pleased . Well worth it."

"Al did a meticulous, high quality job of painting the exterior of my garage. He thoroughly prepped the area and repaired worn or rotted wood before painting, so that the finished product looks immaculate. Al was punctual, and responded to my texts in a timely fashion. He was pleasant to work with, and offered good advice when I had questions about paint color."

"Remarkably well! PCB laid the foundation last fall, 2019. They were careful to match its elevation to the existing house and didn't miss it by even a quarter inch. The main construction started om April 6, 2020 and finished on June 23, 2020. The work was done as per the approved plans and better. We were very impressed with the owners ( Mr. Felipe Silva) attention to detail and prompt responses to our questions or concerns and requested revisions or upgrades. The workmen conducted themselves very professionally and were highly skilled at their crafts. They were also a lot of fun to visit with. We were particularity pleased with the carpentry and roofing skill it took to blend the new addition into the original house and a prior addition. The tile work, cabinetry, counter tops, stucco and wall finishing/paint are all beautiful. Less visible is the plumbing and electrical work it took to tie the buildings together. Once again, very well done. The project came in on budget, plus the cost of the upgrades we requested, and had approved prior to work beginning. I'd recommend PCB to anyone interested in a quality remodel project. They are a really excellent group of people."
