"Exceedingly well. Davey cares about the proper trimming of trees to ensure that trees stay healthy and thrive into the future. Company uses a horticultural approach to their work. They also detect potential disease issues and provide great advice. Staff are highly interactive, explain thought processes and recommendations. A tree lover’s company!!"

"They arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned up all the pruning. They checked in with me a few times to confirm what needed to occur in certain areas. The owner knows plants and I have a rather extensive garden though it's small. If you need a crew who knows the difference between a weed and a self sown annual or perennial, this is the company to hire.
"

"It went great. Craig and his crew arrived on time, as well as the topsoil delivery/haulaway truck and started working very promptly. He had encouraged me to be on site the day of the work to make sure everything was done up to my satisfaction and was very open and helpful throughout the process to ensure all work that I wanted was completed. The crew worked fast, they were here and finished within about 3 hours and didn't waste any time. Craig kept me in the loop about what he planned to do and continually asked to make sure he wasn't missing anything that I wanted done. The entire crew was polite and respectful and worked hard. Everyone was very knowledgeable and skilled and Craig did a great job with the skidsteer machine, especially in removing the very difficult front stoop without any damage to the house or a plumbing cleanout pipe that was just 6 inches or so away. Within about 5 days the grass was already poking up through the straw and it is now starting to fill in very well, just about 10 days after it was planted. His response to my initial inquiry and subsequent walk through estimate were very prompt, fairly priced and complete and he responded to my emails throughout the process promptly answering little questions I had along the way.
"

"They do a good job. I find their lawn mowing price is competitive. I think I can get it cheaper but it is not a big deal either way for me. The spring and fall cleanup cost about $300 or so. There are about 5 people that come in and they take about an hour to take away all the leaves, all the branches and stuff and I am glad that I don't have to do it though. I have used them for several years and they do reasonable good job. They take their work seriously and they are very responsive. I have 2 big maple trees by the front lawns and they have a lot of leaves and one year one tree was late in coming down so they had to come back for their fall clean up. They seem to be friendly."

"The job went very well. They were prompt and they do a good job. They come when they say and they do what they are supposed to do. So far it seems to really be improving the appearance of my lawn. I will absolutely continue to use them. It is an ongoing service."

"The lawn guys do a really good job. They are here on a regular basis and are receptive to needs or wants. In the beginning I hired them because they used a mower rather than a rider. My yard can be extremely wet (clay soil) and the heavy rider can leave marks in the lawn. They altered my fence gate so that a rider can now be used and I agreed to let them do that, reluctantly. In any event, if I have a complaint, they have fixed any problem.
Snow removal has not been so appealing. I hired their services because my driveway is small and they said they would use a snow blower and/or shovel for snow. So I paid them an extra $10 from my previous company to do that. Here's where the communication went wrong. I expected them to charge for the day of the snow, but they charge by the amount of times they come out. so if you need to get out in the morning, they will get you out, but if it continues to snow, they will charge you again to come back to get you back into your driveway be it for continuous snowfall or streetplows blocking the drive. The other disappointment was that this year they started using a truck plow. My driveway is narrow and even though I used markers, the grass was dug up and as I watched the truck slip and slide on the ice as he backed up, the truck left a wide tire gash in the grass near the edge of the driveway. I immediately brought that to their attention, and have been told it will be fixed during spring cleanup. As of now, the area is too wet to really do anything, so I will rely on their word to fix the damage along the driveway. I only mention this because my previous guy came multiple times during a snowstorm to keep the driveway clean. Greenwave says no way can they afford to do that or wait for a storm to be over ( I agree with the waiting part). After an unfortunate phone debate, they did agree to give me a break on double charges other wise I would have paid $70.00 for one days service. If the plow had come down my street one second later, it would have been $105.00 (3 times) for a 24 hour snow removal. Just think in the northeast, if it snowed 5 days in one week with multiple removals, that would be $525.00!! for snow removal for that week! They take less than five minutes to do the driveway, I've watch them. As I said, they have negotiated the last storm with me, but I hated the confrontation I went through.
I understand this type service cannot come out 3-4 times a day but if it continually snows, I think twice a day is appropriate for $35. for 15 feet of driveway. (My car is parked in the 30 ft driveway so I'm estimating it's about 15 ft) single wide driveway.
As noted they are responsive and their quality (except for the damage) is good. Their workers are respectful and offer suggestions which I appreciate. Hopefully the damage will be corrected and the 1/2 price second plowing helps. I do think also that they should listen to the weather reports on how much and how long it will snow when scheduling their work rather than tell me they don't know how much or how long it's going to snow. Getting people out and then back into their driveway makes more sense in determining fees.
I still would recommend them for cleanup and lawn mowing. They have been very good with that. Also they will answer their phone or call back quickly if you need to communicate with them. Jack (owner) is trying to work with me.
"

"Our yard was in horrific condition after years of tenant neglect. We mainly had sand a few seasons worth of leaves. Chris was very professional, returned my calls and texts promptly, and gave us a great price to get the yard cleaned up. After the leaves were gone, he scheduled hydroseeding on our behalf and gave me specific instructions for maintaining the lawn (watering, fertilizing) until it was at a height that he could mow. Chris stayed in touch regularly and kept up wth status updates. When the lawn was ready to be mowed regularly, he gave us a fair quote and has consistently done a terrific job. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Chris and his company helping bring our outdoors back to life and provide a great yard for our daughter to play in. You won't regret using Pavilion! (The cost info is for our initial cleanup.)"
