"Lance was professional and submitted a detailed bid for painting our home's exterior and refinishing a deck.  We chose to go with a different company that had a longer warranty (5 years vs. 2 years) because of the large amount of lead paint removal that needs to be done.  We would certainly consider working with Lance again in the future however, and may still ask him to complete our deck project in the future. <br />"
