"I was shopping around to get 2 area rugs cleaned. Upfront Home Services responded quickly and was the least expensive. I got 2 other quotes that were around $300 per rug (7x10 rug & 9x13 rug). Upfront Home Services quoted me $99 for both rugs and were able to come to my home a couple of days after my initial contact. The guy showed up on time. He spent a total of 30 minutes to clean 2 rugs. A white shag rug he spent probably 15-20 minutes on and my oriental rug he spent 10-15 minutes on. The white shag was dirty in the exposed area from being walked on. The oriental rug wasn't that dirty/noticeable, but there was a couple of small pieces of gum stuck. The guy told me about the gum and said he couldn't get it up. And he also told me that my shag rug couldn't take more chemicals because it was starting to pull up the hairs of the rug. I've had my carpet clean before from a different company and they spent a lot more time cleaning and were able to get any gum out. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on getting my white shag rug cleaned since it would be about the same price as buying a new one. So, I figure I got an fair job done for the price I paid."

"Purchased a deal on Angie's List, and Marco was prompt to communicate when we could schedule. Communication is excellent and timely. Marco arrived as expected and is professional and personable. My carpets look terrific and smell clean (he even lifted up our sofas to clean underneath). I will definitely use again. Apparently Marco also does a variety of home improvements and remodeling, such as granite counter tops"

"Working with Meir was a complete pleasure. He was prompt, professional, personable and completed the cleaning in a few days and returned the rugs to me very quickly. Cleaning job was excellent with no trace of urine smell at all. Rugs look fantastic after the cleaning. On a side note,I also used his cleaning product on dog vomit and it worked fantastic with no adverse affect to my rug. I would definitely use Meir again for removal of urine and poop from my oriental rugs."

"Raphael Polanco and his crew showed up at my home on time just like they said they would. They made sure their shoes were wiped off, the old carpet was cut into strips so they could lay it down to keep from scuffing or tracking dirt and debris on my existing tile. When they moved the furniture, not once did they touch a wall or door frame, you could tell that they wanted to be careful. Truly respectful and professional installers. They worked nonstop and were always courteous. Day two was just like day one, professional and very aware to make sure they were respectful and professional. Bottom line is, Raphael and his crew ( two man crew) did a beautiful job. My two bedrooms are absolutely transformed, the wood look porcelain tile from Floors For Living are really beautiful. We are 100% happy and pleased, and needless to say, we will use Floors for Living again on my other two bedrooms. Jeff M."

"Researched carpet cleaning on Angie's List.  Initially tried contacting another service but no answer.  Since a neighbor at the end of my street was driving a BMF van I decided to call.  Was quoted a $200 price by the office and able to schedule cleaning for the next day.  My neighbor, Moises, along with a helper arrived on time  Both were very professional and  friendly.  They quickly and efficiently cleaned 4 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs.   Although I did not know Moises before the service he gave me a $50 neighbor discount!  My bill came to $151.00.  Great job, great service - definitely would use again and highly recommend to others. <br /> <br /> <br />"
