Today, he cleaned 2 large sofas, three lounge chairs, and 10 dining room chairs! He literally worked solid for 6 hours- no slacking for sure- Tom is the ultimate professional with a high work ethic. Had some tenants once in a rental property that nearly ruined the carpet- he was able to get it looking like new when i went to sell. I was trying to decide on a grout color for the tile, and Shelly got down on her hands and knees with me for forty-five minutes, cheerfully trying different grout examples with the tile that was already installed on Carpet One's floor. A decision was almost reached, but just to make sure, she labeled each of the five different samples and insisted I take them home and see them in my own space. "I needed all my carpets and area rugs cleaned prior to putting our house on the market. Jon came out and picked up the area rugs to be cleaned off site. 3 weeks later, he brought them back and cleaned all of the carpets. He and his assistant arrived on time and got the job done in less than three hours. He put my area rugs back down and put the furniture back in place. Jon did tell me certain areas were very tough and though they look much better, there were impossible stains. The only drawback was time. They could not come out to do the carpets for 3-4 weeks so if you want yours done, make the appointment in plenty of time! It is worth it. <br />"

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."
