"SavATree lawn fertilization service so far has been excellent, but they are expensive compared with other local area lawn services. They performed a soil sample and provided the first crabgrass/fertilization treatment. The employees that I have dealt with David Kolb and Brian (don't know his last name) are knowledgeable, friendly, and have good customer service skills. I'm holding out on giving them a 5 star rating because it really takes a year to two years to see the results of a new lawn fertilization service, and we are just starting that process."

To top it off, Spring-Green charges less than most of the larger lawn care companies, and I feel the service is better and more personable. "My lawn in the front looks much better than it did years ago. The crabgrass was treated. It was $58 and they gave me a discount. I was sort of disappointed with the deep seeding that they did in the back but I was the one to blame, because I went to Maine and didn’t water the lawn for a while. But they told me that the seeds are still there. I am pleased with the front yard because there were so many weeds and they cured that problem and now it is just a matter of thickening up the back lawn but the soil around here is lousy. They were fine with the cleanup after they left. I was here when they did the deep seeding, the two workers that came were very prompt and very professional and they had two different machines and treated the lawn. I was happy with the fact that they solved the weed problem. I had such a terrible weed problem. The lawn is much better now."

They have transformed our lot from what was a big mess into a beautiful yard. They constructed a new patio that is very well-designed and built a French drain in the back that works perfectly and exactly how he said it would. They also do our grass cutting, leaf removal, and gutter cleaning. The yard always looks excellent when they complete the job. "I vetted 4 services and chose Care of Trees for a few reasons: they promptly scheduled my initial appointment. They sent a certified arborist (Steve) who was knowledgeable and took his time. He provided a written, detailed estimate on the spot. They were not the cheapest service, though Steve did work with me a bit on the price. Day-of was terrific. The three-man team (Dave, Kevin, Wayne) were personable, careful, thorough, and safety-minded. The clean up of debris was outstanding. Very pleased from start to finish."
