"I dreaded contacting anyone to look at my garage roof. I was certain that all kinds of issue would be found and that the repair would be beyond my financial reach. To my surprise, the process was painless, the price was reasonable, and the job was completed on time, as promised. Thomas himself came on the next day to make certain the his crew had done clean up around the job (they had). It was a pleasure to work with such a considerate and pleasant professional. i recommend Thomas and Shield Contracting to anyone look for a new roof or roof repair."

"I was contacted for my repair project on the roof trim by 4 different companies and Mike was the only one that came up with a workable solution. He repaired the damage area on the corner trim and reinforced the gutter. Replaced some siding in the front and soffit and fixed some valley drainage that was not directed correcctly. Before he was done he also replaced several concrete roof shingles and recalked around the upper floor windows in the back of the house. The roof tile repair and calking was not even on his original propsal. Took a full day to get everything done and his bid to do the repairs was fair and reasonable. I would deffinitly use him again."

"I had a roof leak, and wanted some old solar panels from the 80's removed, he called me Saturday around 12:30, shortly after I listed, what I needed done, he came by at 4:30 pm, we both went up on the roof, I showed him, what I wanted done, we agreed to terms, said he could have it done ,by the latest Tuesday, I said great, so he calls me up Tuesday Morning, tells me he is on his way there, I got home at 3:30 pm, the job is done, looks incredible, looks like the solar panels, we're never installed, fix the leak, by the way, he was able to find blue shingles, that they no longer made, I would highly recommend Sal and his team , they are the best, thanks Sal"

"Luis arrived on time and worked for several hours on the roof. He even installed some extra bird stops on the gutters over my deck. He also left me with extra roof tiles for future repairs. I would recommend his company."

"Cliff is phenomenal and the kind of contractor you hope for. He was first and foremost communicative. He responded promptly to texts and calls. He'd tell us when he was going to arrive and updated us if he would be late. He took photos and videos of the roof to show us the issue. Then took photos and videos to show the work had been done. He installed a ridgevent and an attic fan and lowered the temp in our finished attic by 8-10 degrees. Cliff is polite and knowledgable and we just cannot recommend him or Tristar high enough."

"I required the services of a Roofing Organization to remove and replace several damaged Boral Tiles on my home. Part of the services which I required was locating and sourcing the "hard to find" tiles to match my home's roof. Urban Exteriors, (Lyndon) was very responsive, professional with no concern of the size of the project. Within two days the required tiles were located, sourced and installed. I was extremely pleased with Urban Exteriors' professionalism, responsiveness, workmanship! Larry M"
