"I find that this termite control system to be like a Ponzi system. I paid for the initial treatment. Now they bill me every year $250 more. I have told them to stop coming, I found them in my yard again, this year, "inspecting the treatment" then a bill comes for $250. I do not think that I have termites now, but there is no guarantee from Gunter that the treatment will work even with the $250 every year."

"Quality of service is worth the price. Quite impressed with the level of detail provided with the estimate of service. They walked my property and explained all the items and recognized a few preventative sprays were not really needed since the original estimate. The technician who came to prune roots on 5 trees explained the process and did an outstanding job. Very impressed with the service, professionalism and attention to detail."
