"Tim showed up on time and did an AMAZING job. Our basement and the stairs leading to the basement were filthy. They have never been cleaned in 20 years. I read the reviews on Angie's List out this company and decided to give them a try. By the time Tim was done, our carpets looked almost new. I did take before and after photos that I will post if there is an option to do so. I would definitely hire this company again and would recommend them to my friends and family. "We are having our HVAC replaced and our salesperson recommended DUCTZ. DUCTZ came out on-time today to clean our air vents. The communication prior to the visit was very clear and it was easy to understand the upcoming process. They were very considerate, we toured our home and they went right to work bringing in the needed equipment and moving necessary furniture to access the vent covers. They were diligent and stayed focused on the task. Before I knew it, they were reattaching the cleaned vent covers and removing the equipment. Within a few hours, we had before/after pictures and have a great sense of comfort knowing all the gunk is gone! I highly recommend DUCTZ!"

"We had just purchased a house and needed new carpeting for our personal tastes and Shawn came by on a Monday and installed the carpet by that Thursday. He came in and started measuring right away. As he measured I mentioned my wife wanted gray carpeting, and he said you guys can do whatever you'd like but let me recommend against gray carpeting because it turns black (with dirt and wear and tear). He showed us tons of pictures from previous jobs and we decided on a plush carpet with thicker padding since we were doing our bedrooms. he chatted with us that night at the house for over an hour, just a really cool down to earth guy. He texted me each time to let me know when he had ordered the carpet, when it had been cut, and then when he was headed to the house for installation. Day of installation he asked if he could turn on the AC because I totally forgot to turn it on for him, which says good things about him instead of him just doing it without asking like some other might do. He sent me pictures throughout the day as he installed to put my mind at ease since we were not there and was done maybe 6 hours after he had started. Would highly recommend if you want quick service from a reliable carpet installer."
