"<p>Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change.  </p> <p>I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.</p> <p>I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.  </p> . <br />"

"I'm having what I consider outstanding service from them.  They've taken a lawn that was really weed infested, embarrassing, and I even had grubs, I had all kinds of problems, and within a year my grass in my neighborhood today, looks as good or better than the best lawns in this neighborhood.  So I'm very pleased with their service.  I would recommend them.  I signed up for their seven or eight applications during the year.  I started with them last year and they promised they could turn this lawn around, and they did;  they absolutely did.  I get nothing but compliments.  I've got some crabgrass, but other weeds are not really visible at all, and it's a beautiful, rich green lawn right now, and I'm so impressed.  They've done a remarkable job.  I mean, I was probably one of the - you know, from the street - now I have one of the most pristine looking, to say the least.  If I didn't keep it cut, you'd have weeds everywhere; well it's not like that now.  From the road, it's right up there.  I've had a lot of people walk by and compliment me; they want to know where do I get this service and how did I turn this lawn into such a rich, beautiful green, all that stuff.  I also had a very bad bug in my lawn last year that eats your grass, and they did two applications and destroyed that.  I guess it's a grub of some kind that eats your grass; and it worked.  And they're reasonably priced; I'm only paying around sixty bucks.  It's amazing.  And I've got a big lot.  Would I use them again?  I absolutely will; highly recommended.  If I see a weed, they tell me to call them and they come back without cost.  That's amazing."

"My entire experience with Lawn Systems Inc exceeded my expectations. Lawn Systems installed sprinkler systems for my two of my family members who were both happy with their systems which made choosing them easy. First off, they are like clockwork, every appointment time thought the process was met on time or slightly early. Every employee from the salesman to the install crew and the walk-through tech were professional. I have a large koi pond that I have a home install sprinkler system already installed around it. I was thrilled to find out they could connect to it and add it as it's own zone so I didn't have to pay them to redo it. I was also very impressed how little damage was done to the lawn after the job was completed. They had to dig a 4-foot deep hole with a trench in my front yard to connect to the water supply and had to run a line under my driveway & I could barely tell they did it. Even after we had a few inches of rain a day or two before the installation. We are happy with the function of the system and the ease of programming and adjusting, I can even do it from my phone from anywhere. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future."

"<ul> <ul> <li>Repeatedly cuts our lawn too short, despite numerous requests otherwise. After mowing we have a great amount of browning and scuff marks where they cut down to the roots. Out of eight weeks of mowing they cut it the right height for three weeks. We should not have to keep reminding them. </li> <li> and middot; </li> <li> Repeatedly misses entire sections of our yard –most generally along the back where our yard backs to the street. We have a berm they prefer not to cut behind – however last week they did not cut the side yard at all. After putting down weed and feed they also totally skipped this area and we had to request they go back and do it. </li> <li> and middot; </li> <li> The team member trimming either does not trim enough in numerous areas or trims way too much in others. In the area</li> <li> under our Star Magnolia his staff trimmed so much (I guess so they do not have to cut under) that there is now no grass at all and we will have to reseed. Around our front flower beds has trimmed such a wide swath (foot wide) were we now have bare dirt. </li> <li> </li> <li> We engaged them to take care of weed and feed – yet we have weeds and nutsedge growing/coming up all over the yard including a 8 foot x 8 foot section in the backyard.</li> </ul> </ul> <p>So -- if you just want them to cut yard and you are not too picky then they would be okay. "We are not happy with them. We will probably get another person for the job.Our lawn does not look good, for the amount of money we spend on it. We had an infestation of some kind of bug, and they wait until the patch of grass was dead, to tell us that we were not subscribed for this treatment.We are not happy, and will be going with someone else this spring."

"My front lawn looks better now than it has in the five years I have lived in this house!  I didn't have to lift a finger except to write them the check.  Cathey is the woman I worked with and she is excellent.  AU filled in depressions in the yard with fresh soil, weeded, seeded, covered the lawn with a fine mulch.  Cathey then set up a watering system that would keep the fresh seed moist.  I didn't have to do a thing.  I can't say enough good things about this outfit."

At the beginning of the year, Kevin walked though all the recommended services for my lawn and allowed me to select those I wanted.  I knew the full cost up front. He would call before each service and made sure I was happy. Bottom line is all I had to do was water and mow. Definitely recommended and I will use them again next year."
