Between the initial deposit and the day of the light installation, I paid him $350?nearly 80% of the total contract. By mid-April, I was still chasing him to remove the lights, and clean the gutters. Lights started falling off the house. He ignored my messages for over a week. It was only after I demanded a refund and informed him I had to hire someone else that he finally replied, claiming he was "on vacation." I then asked for a partial refund and he said the 80% paid was fair as removing the lights and cleannig the gutters around the house would cost $ 100. This deceptive behaviour confirms what other negative reviews have highlighted. He will offer a good deal, take most of your money and then ignore you.
