During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!"

"My 25 year old pump was going out when I called at 4:30 pm. By 5:30 pm Prairie State Water Systems was at my house to inspect my system and verified that my pump was going out. At 8 am the next day, two men arrived. My pump was replaced with higher grade piping, couplers, and new wiring. As my system was 25 years old, I wanted the control box, pressure switch, and pressure tank in the basement replaced.
