"I participated in a deal (10% off thru Angie's List). Martin from Pet Pee Pee contacted me right away. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"Overall the job was fair . The installer was the biggest issue. He did the tile work after a month we noticed the grout cracking. The hardwood had gaps between boards. Endwell Rug had to come out 3 times to fix all the issues. I will say they took all of our issues seriously and tried to fix them but the pain of having to call each time leave work met the person from Endwell Rug, coordinate with the installer to make the repair got really old. The hardwood products they are selling are sub par too. We didn't do the best, we didn't do the cheapest, we did the middle of the road and it is terrible. We are super careful on it which is not how I wanted the main floor of the house.I wanted durable hardwood not these floors and i told the sales person that so not sure why this floor was recommended. I've noticed another board warping just like the other and know I need to call them again. <br />"

"I had a horrible cat urine odor in the under flooring of a bedroom. I used this product but it was not as effective as I hoped. I tried pet store products, vinegar and baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and other products. The thing that finally worked was bleach. It is probable that this product would work better on fabric and rugs. Also, it would probably work better on less severe problems. The provider was excellent to deal with. <br />"

"Kevin arrived promptly at 9AM and proceeded to assess the rooms that needed cleaning.Our carpet is Beige...or should I say...is supposed to Beige and 26yr. old. We had some pet stains from our cat bringing up hairballs and food, we also had duct tape stuck to the carpet from where we had plastic taped down to protect the carpet from our basement being flooded in 2011 and just overall dingy.The living room also had darker areas where a large dog constantly lays, even though said dog is groomed monthly.Kevin explained that the oil in the dog's coat was the culprit.Kevin worked on our carpets for FIVE HOURS with NO break! He worked tirelessly on the duct tape and the stains....He got everything out!! I WAS AMAZED!!!! Our 26yr. old carpet looks BRAND NEW!!!!!!The before/after pictures were unbelievable!!! We will definitely be having him back on a yearly basis! If only all other Carpet professionals took the pride he does in his work! "He arrived on time and was very polite.  He worked very h****** my carpets.  My rugs were dry in about an hour.  His prices are very reasonable.  I was impressed that he vacuumed first...other companies I have hired in the past never vacuumed, and my carpets were left soaking wet.  And the owner himself did the work.   I will definitely use him in the future and recommend them to all my friends. <br />"
