He called me with a plan and we went over it. That was three weeks ago and I still have not heard from him, which is typical for him. He says he will do something and if he follows up it will be on his time and not on the time he tells me he will. I don't have a problem with the lawn work or routine work. I have more interaction with the workers than I do with him. I am satisfied with the work, but not the owner."

"The treatment worked.  The lawn looked great all season long.  If you don’t do anything, you get all kinds of weeds come up but our lawn looked great.  They came on a timely basis and they did not spend any time trying to convince me I needed to do other stuff for my lawn.  My approach is to do what’s necessary to have it look good but that’s it.  I know I could do more but I don’t want to do more things.  I was pleased they didn’t spend time harassing me that I needed to do other things.  They're very good about returning phone calls. "
