Matt scheduled my estimate for the very next morning and politely called prior to arriving. The price was reasonable given the size of the tree so I mailed my signed contract the next day. As soon as my contract was received, Matt called me to schedule the service. The service was performed the following week and was done quickly and professionally. The crew was careful not to damage the house or other healthy tree next to the tree being removed. They cleaned up after the job and were done within a couple of hours. Highly recommended and I’ll use their services again in the future."

"2/14/26 Nic Trees Fidel's service definitely deserves 5 stars! He climbed up the tree to cut down and remove a huge tree branch that was blown and fallen onto our roof. He worked very skillfully and carefully to section the branch and lowered the trunk pieces onto the ground away from our house. He is very responsive to our call for service, came to price out the job the next day, and had the job done two days later. I highly recommend his service!!!!!"

"We have used Mike and his AAA before. He did a great job in the past, did again today. We had 2 large, old Norway Maples and 1 large old Silver Maple all pruned and raised. Lots of dead branches, overgrowth and other branches encroaching on and over our house and also our neighbors. We also had a long arborvitae hedge trimmed. Again, lots of pruning involved. All of Mike's workers did a great job. Very knowledgeable. And Mike was there the whole time, consulting with us as each tree or hedge was about to be worked on. One neighbor saw Mike and his team's work and asked Mike to set up a tree removal on his property. As said, we've used in the past and will again."

"For tree cutting and stump removal, they are good and I would recommend For tree pruning and trimming - I would recommend with CAUTION: They verbally agreed to the scope of the work - trim, prune and shape the tree in the original shape of inverted water droplet - with trimming up to almost 25 feet above the ground Agreed to the asked price - it was high and I was ok as the work expected would have required fine maneuvering and skilled trimming and could have taken easily more than an hour to do it right Quote provided simply said clean up the trees Didn t do exactly what was discussed - post 20 mts of work on the tree, asserted they did what was discussed and that I could verify with what is written in the quote If you want to engage them, discuss the scope by drawing pictures on a paper with verbal description in clear, simple words with their signed acknowledgment to avoid any disappointment. They come across as good people. I don t think their intent was to cheat. It is a lesson learned how to set the scope expectations and have nothing lost in translation- and never have a generic description in the quote for the scope of work that can be legally interpreted in many different ways. And for their personal integrity, that is to be validated yet. I accidentally wrote a check of higher amount. They returned my call and said would return the extra money - has been over a week, let s see"
