"0 stars. DONT TRUST. They WILL continue service even after you cancel. They will charge you for it. They will run you through the ringer to take care of their mess up. And then, the cherry on top! They WILL harass you, calls, texts, emails and physical mail. It will not matter how many people you talk to to get them to leave you alone, its been over a year, I spoke to some just 3 weeks ago and I still got mail today. Oh and when I spoke to the legitimately nice lady she told me I still had an account. After canceling it over a year prior, it was still active. I told them I will never work with them again after everything, and to PLEASE leave me alone. Yet here we are."
