"Let Jose know my budget was $2500. After going back and forth I agreed to $2800. After they started work I was asked to fix additional items. Examples: There we 2 sprinkler heads that were broken ($40, per head). That turned to 4 springler heads. The charge was $475 for that. I have three small back yard entrances where white stones were put down. That charge was $900. I was told the sprinkler timer was only working on one zone and needed to be replaced. He indicated the digital ones could be up to $800. I said I wanted nothing fancy. Timer was not replaced. I thought this was included. The palm trees were supporsed to be trimmed as they were touching the house. As they were leaving I had to reimind them about this. The total cost went from $2800 to $5000+. I felt the prices were high based on agreement of $2800 budget, even with additional items. I had a irrigation specialist come and he said the timer is not broken or stuck in zone one."

Last week, a worker came in after I hired them to pick up leaves and other debris. When I came out to greet him, I found him cutting through my plants. The reasoning was: I cannot blow leaves since they are stuck in your plants ð ¤¯ we called the manager, and instead of offering an apology, I was told that these plants were invasive. It did not matter to the manager that I bought these ferns, snake plants, and milkweeds in a nursery. Now my garden looks like bare dirt. I had already faced issues with their services. Several months prior, I hired them to cut the grass. They had damaged my passion fruit plant, mango tree, fig tree, and plastic poll. I was told it was because of a new guy, so I gave them a second chance. Looks like I should not have."
