"Honestly - Ayoub Carpet Service is AMAZING!!! Both the person giving the estimate and the technicians who did the actual cleaning arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I truly am astonished at how clean they managed to get my (very, very dirty!) carpet!!! Willy and Jamie managed to get out years of grime and stains well beyond my wildest expectation. I have been so embarrassed of how bad my carpet looked I didn't want to invite anyone into my home. Now it looks almost as good as it did before 12 years of wear and tear (including a 135 lb dog going in and out the back door right onto this carpet)! Honestly wished I had called them years ago... I just didn't think it could get this clean again. Highly recommend and will definitely have them come do my next cleaning!"

"Provided very prompt (I called in a pickle at the last minute), courteous, quality service; explained procedures thoroughly; pricing fair (although be advised that the initial quote may not include additional services such as deodorizing or carpet/upholsetery protection). Only minor complaint was that deodorizer used was not sufficient to eliminate animal odor - still had to purchase enzyme-based agent from pet store to complete the job. Overall, however, would certainly recommend others use!"

Once finished the spots were non existent and the carpet looked as it did when we had moved into the unit. You can tell they take pride in the work they do from the transformation of the carpet.
