"I do have Hagopian World of Rugs to come in to clean my furniture.  They were here around Thanksgiving of 2016.  They clean the furniture in several rooms.  The price varies, they clean quite a bit of furniture and it's somewhere around the $300 range.  They're terrific, I use them every time. "

"I contacted SunGlo late on a Friday evening through the contact link on Angies List. Within 10 hours, first thing Saturday morning, they were calling me to find out particulars of what I needed to get cleaned. I was given a quote that was reasonable and similar to every other carpet cleaning company I had called. We set an appointment up for some time on the 18th and was told they would contact me the day before with a more accurate window of what time they would be arriving. Sure enough, I received a call that Thursday with the information that they would be arriving between 2:00 and 2:30 pm the following day. The day of the cleaning, the driver called me just shy of 2:00 pm and asked if it would be ok that he come a little before the 2:30 pm time frame. I had no problem with this and he arrived within minutes of our call. The driver arrived and seemed very courteous and professional. The first thing he did was walk the entire area, which was completely empty as this was a vacant unit for us, and then came and started to get right to work with cleaning the upstairs first and working his way down. I did not really have much interaction with him as he was cleaning and I went into the basement to finish some other work.  All in all, it took him about 2.5 hours to complete about 1700 sq feet of carpeting and the little 5x5 section of tile. The results of the cleaning were really quite good. The only one complaint I would have is that he did go over the carpeting quite fast and there were some areas that I did wish he would have went over slower and got more of the dirt out. The tile was clean, however there wasn't a remarkable difference in the look of it after all of the scrubbing he did. The grout was still several shades of dirt however I feel like he did the best he was able too. At the end I settled the bill and he provided me with some tips about how to get future stains out and he then made a comment about how the resolve cleaner that was in the carpet really caused more damage and clogged up their machine. I did not take notice of this comment at the time but after he left I realized he was saying that my carpet had a bunch of residue left over from a resolve type cleaner. This did bother me some because this carpet is only 3 years old and I have never ever had it cleaned or cleaned it myself, so I am still not sure about what his comment really meant. All I know is that even after the carpet was cleaned I went over it after it dried with my Dyson and lots of dirt still filled the canister and I had gone over all areas of the carpeting twice with the same vacuum prior to him cleaning it. In any case, the carpet was definitely better and looked better, I just wish more of the dirt would have came out. <br />"
