"Rob did an excellent job on this project. I have a vented propane Lopi fireplace in my master bedroom that has had an “Arctic blast” cold draft coming through the top and sides of the unit since installation in 2020. On a cold night when running the unit it barely got above 61 degrees F . I purchased it for supplemental heat and running it only wasted propane. I had JR Bolton , the company I purchased it from come to troubleshoot. He checked the caulking on vent on roof and said it was Ok. No other definitive solution offered. Not willing to accept defeat I decided to research it myself & came up with what I was hoping would be a solution. Rob made my idea work perfectly. He removed a small piece of drywall above the fireplace, crawled inside & insulated the entire back cavity wall, top to bottom with Rockwool. This included a gaping hole that had been left around the air exchanger vent . The drywall repair and painting was done perfectly. Fireplace now heats like a charm"

"Victor and his crew are absolutely incompetent. The epitome of over-promise and under-deliver. I hired The Patch Boys to hand and finish a kitchen. I was quoted 2 full days to complete the job with the potential of a third morning to wrap up. - dust mitigation was a joke; I was left with dust everywhere and now need to hire a cleaning crew - the hanging job took 4 days and was awful - the "finishing" was even worse; bubbling everywhere, rough sharp edges all over the walls from not feathering/sanding, mud settling into the screws leaving dimples, exposed corner bead, over-routing boxes - caulk used on inside corners - I now need to hire someone who does actual finish work to fix the job - 2 days turned into 6 days, and it's still obvious that they rushed through this I regret hiring them. If you're wanting professionals to do a professional job, look elsewhere."
